Outbreak

This game may or may not contain screens of explicit violence and gore.

It's a zombie apocalypse. Again. Grab your weapons and shoot your way out of this apartment building in this top-down survival game.

By default the keys are WASD for directions and ENTER to navigate in the Menu. From there you can go to Key Binding to see and change Buttons and Keys. Press any button on the GamePad for the game to detect it.

If you see an '!' above the player that should mean there is something there. Use the Action Button to find out.

'Run Button' while Aiming to Reload.

If using keyboard you can alternatively use right mouse button for aiming and left mouse button for action.

There is no menu navigation with the mouse yet.

The game can be saved at Beds in Apartment 209 and the Janitor Rooms on both 2F and 1F.

Flashlight may cause fps to drop for now.

There are some text scribbled here and there to help the atmosphere. It's probably not very good and maybe even ridiculous/childish. I don't know, I'm a lonely person. Some feedback could help.

Game may or may not crash! IT'S A FEATURE! (and definitely not my lousy programming skills!)

I'm not sure if I will be able to work more on this anytime soon other than fixing bugs.

The game started as an idea on top of my olc::CodeJam2025 entry, Regular Zone. It took about a month and a half to turn it into this. Graphics and Content can always be improved, but the Engine is pretty much there.
