Graphics Update

Added Color Palettes so V Form can now change colors!

Improved the Environment Graphics (Tilesets, Background, UI) a bit.

Worked on some of the soundtracks and added a few more sound effects.

Fixed some bugs (Might have introduced others, you never know)

Next up should be improving the gameplay, level design and fixing enemy and boss behaviors.
